A few months after moving into our property, we noticed some water seeping into one of the rooms in the basement. Called Moses and he was very thorough in explaining step by step what would be done to resolve the issue. He took the initiative of taking pictures at every step and provided those pictures after the work was completed. The digging outside and the work was completed promptly and everything was cleaned after which was great! He even went above and beyond and filled some extra gaps and cracks.
